Applications to QMI for the 2027-2028 academic year will open in the Fall of 2027. There are three ways to apply to QMI:
Your application file has to include at least:
Use of AI tools: We strongly discourage the use of ChatGPT or other generative AI tools to write your motivation letter. This is not because we find their use illegitimate, but because they usually produce empty texts containing no actual salient information, which makes it very difficult for us to assess your application.
For the 2027-2028 academic year, scholarships will be available through the IP Paris PhD track to cover living costs of QMI students.
Important: These scholarships will only be available to students who apply to QMI through the IP Paris PhD track. You will not be eligible to them if you are admitted into QMI through the standard IP Paris Masters admission or through Université Paris Saclay.
For the 2027-2028 academic year, for international applicants, it will be possible to apply to the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program. Holders are exempted from tuition fees and granted a monthly allowance of €1,200, over 12 months (for M2 applications) or 24 months (for M1 applications), as well as access to various services. Eiffel is a prestigious and highly selective program.
Eiffel applications have to be submitted directly by the host institution (IP Paris in this case), on behalf of pre-selected candidates. This requires interested candidates to submit an early application to QMI.
Applications to an Eiffel scholarship via QMI should be sent to Augustin Vanrietvelde (lastname@telecom-paris.fr), with a full application file including at least:
